The Society does not maintain a branch network and we therefore value our ever-growing portfolio of brokers/intermediaries both for investment of funds and mortgages.

Investments

For information on accounts currently on offer refer to the Investment Details page.

Mortgages

It is impossible for the Society to stipulate what type of business we will or will not be prepared to do as this can only be ascertained on the particular merits or demerits of the individual case. In other words, we will not turn down any applications until we have had a reasonable opportunity to consider all the relevant factors.

Specific advice on mortgages can be found on the appropriate page within the website.

The Society is conscious of the need to make speedy decisions and the importance of processing applications and releasing mortgage cheques without any unnecessary delay.

We have always prided ourselves on being able to achieve possibly the fastest level of service in this respect. You would be dealing with a senior member of management in a head office situation and therefore in a position to make a decision.

FSA Registration

We will require confirmation of your FSA Registration in accordance with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.

Approvals in Principle / Key Facts Illustrations

We will be able to produce Key Facts Illustrations (KFIs) on behalf of your firm in respect of regulated mortgage business. In order to produce these, please download and complete the Approval In Principle / Request for KFI form here, and fax or email it us.

Commission

Commission is payable on all advances when the mortgage cheque is released although the level of commission payable does vary in accordance with the nature of the application and the loan to valuation.

Money Laundering Regulations

We would like to welcome you as a future associate of the Society and we would hope to arrange a personal discussion.
